- REGISTER using the registration form below so we have all necessary information on file. (For Lafayette Elementary Pick-Up students, please fill out the Lafayette Elementary Registration and Permission Slip). Or call us to register over the phone.
- PAY ONLINE by clicking here. You can also drop off payment at the studio, mail a check, or call to register & pay over the phone.
- PERMISSION SLIP Sign and return the permission slip below before the start of your first class (return by email, mail, or in-person). Your signed permission slip must be received before the start of your class, camp, or party.
- Call us with any questions or to pay and register over the phone!
